This event is aimed at PhD researchers, postdoctoral fellows and faculty.
In this online session, we will explore different tools and techniques, namely:

• The bibliographical process as a whole
• Citation chaining
• Searching library catalogues
• History databases at the EUI
• Other databases
• Print bibliographies
• Search techniques throughout

The main objective of this training is to understand the fundamentals of the Zotero bibliographic reference management tool and to be introduced to its main functionalities.
At the end of this training, the participants will be able to start managing their own references' library on Zotero 7 (Standalone).

L’objectif principal de cette formation est de comprendre les fondamentaux de l'outil de gestion de références bibliographique Zotero et d'être initié à ses fonctionnalités principales. À l’issue de cette formation, les stagiaires seront opérationnels pour démarrer la gestion de leur propre bibliothèque de références sur Zotero 7 (Standalone).

• understand EU document types,
• and confidently locate the documents they need.

Cette formation vous offre un panorama des bonnes pratiques de gestion des données de recherche : des astuces, des outils, des cas concrets à partir de questions que vous vous posez ou de problèmes que vous rencontrez.

À l'issue de cette séance, vous saurez vous repérer dans les locaux de la bibliothèque, identifer les principaux services proposés par la bibliothèque et vous connaîtrez l'existence des différents outils à disposition pour faire des recherches.

This session will introduce the core principles and best practices in Research Data Management (RDM).
If you work with data in your research, you will learn how to organise, structure, store, and care for the digital information generated or used during a research project, according to the FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable and Reusable) guiding principles for scientific data management and stewardship.

À l'issue de cette séance, vous saurez où chercher des images et vous aurez les bons réflexes à adopter avant la publication de celles-ci en fonction de la nature de vos travaux.

Cette formation vise à vous donner une approche pratique de la rédaction de Plan de Gestion de Données (PGD) ou Data Management Plan (DMP).
